Jade Helm 15 and the law of unintended consequences

Jade Helm 15 is an unconventional warfare exercise scheduled to run in the Southwest this summer from July 15th through September 15th.  The major media coverage has been limited to non-existent while the Army dubbed alternative media “conspiracy websites” continue to report the story, including a maze of secret Deep Underground Military Bases (D.U.M.B) and massive underground tunneling system.

(SALEM) The U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) reported in the Army Times that Jade Helm 15 exercise is intended to improve its unconventional warfare capability. The alternative media websites that questioned Jade Helm 15 were dubbed by the Army as “conspiracy websites” that say that the exercise in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado and Texas will train “the U.S. military to suppress American citizens rebelling in a coming military coup or civil war.”

The Department of Defense Directive on Irregular Warfare was updated in August 2014 describes “unconventional warfare are activities conducted to enable a resistance movement or insurgency to coerce, disrupt, or overthrow a government or occupying power by operating through or with an underground, auxiliary, and guerrilla force in a denied area.”

According to an Army press release from USASOC, dated April 20, 2015, the exercise is to prepare Special Operations Forces for threats abroad; to practice core special warfare tasks, which help protect the nation against foreign enemies. Jade Helm 15 will take place across seven states; Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida. The diverse terrain in these states replicates areas Special Operations Soldiers regularly find themselves operating in overseas.

With the exception of the similarity in terrain in the Southwest and parts of the Middle East, the Army didn’t mention the major differences between Americans and hostile populations abroad. For example, there are major differences in language, culture, history, transportation, education, food, etc., between Americans and nations that are potential foreign threats.

Wouldn’t it be a better use of resources to conduct this type of training on military reservations in mock-ups with actors playing the role of hostile populations.

The use of U.S. troops in American towns in the Southwest where ‘actors’ are rounded up and detained is worrisome and only unnecessarily increases the risk of real casualties and opens the possibility of a hidden agenda to detain real Americans who are perceived threats to the government.

D.U.M.B. and Walmark Closings

The unintended consequence of Jade Helm 15 led to the reporting by the alternative media (“conspiracy websites” by the Army) of the secret complex of D.U.M.B. (Deep Underground Military Base) and a network of tunneling systems throughout the U.S. Trillions of dollars had to spent over 40 or 50 years to build very deep military bases and a high speed underground tunneling network without public knowledge and consent.    The costs to construct and operates these secret bases and tunnels has to dwarf the WW II  Mahattan Project and the efforts to build the first atomic bomb.

The so-called ‘conspiracy websites’ in digging into the Jade Helm 15 story reported on the secret underground tunnels and military bases throughout the U.S. Over the years, trillions of dollars in off budget funds were used to build this secret complex of D.U.M.B. (Deep Undergroud Military Base) and tunneling systems without Congressional oversight and public discussion.  

Since the 1950’s, the US Government has had nuclear powered tunneling machines.  They were patented in the 1970’s (US Patents #3,693,731).  As it burrows through the rock hundreds of feet below the surface, the Subterrene heats whatever stone it encounters into molten rock, or magma, which cools after the Subterrene has moved on.  The result is a tunnel with a smooth, glazed lining, somewhat like black glass, which is also apparently strong enough that it doesn’t even require reinforcing of the walls. It was featured in OMNI magazine, Sept 1983, p80.

I happened to see a picture of (what I assume is) one of these machines in a UFO magazine, but at $15, I wasn’t going to (let alone couldn’t afford to) buy it.  Then I was visiting a friend and he showed me the wierdpics.com website, and lo and behold, there was the picture.  Hmmm, what would the US Air Force be doing tunneling deep under the ground?

Five Walmart stores in the Southwest were closed on Monday, April 13th for plumbing problems but no plumbing permits were ever issued by local authorities.

Something is up alright, but it’s not the tune that Veterans Today keeps repeating like a broken record. For example, Gordon Duff, senior editor, wrote that: “There is only so much stupid I can deal with.  The army, in this case, is certainly as big a pack of hoaxters [sic] and time wasters as the morons of podcast radio and YouTube with their “FEMA Human Remains Storage Facilities.” I have to go, I am digging a tunnel to my local Walmart…”

Gordon Duff made no mention of Walmart’s facial recognition software and their sharing with DHS (about 85% of Americans shop in Walmark) or the five Walmark stores in the Southwest closed for plumbing problems on the same day, laying off thousands of people with no records of plumbing permits from the local authorities or even their possible proximity to underground tunnels and military bases. 

FACTS support D.U.M.B.

The facts are the government built a massive bunker in West Virginia in the 1950s.  There are reports that other even deeper and more massive D.U.M.B. (Deep Underground Military Base) were built and trillions of dollars siphoned off in a black budget operation from other programs.  Most Americans would agree that this is not a joke.

The Greenbrier bunker or the “Emergency Relocation Center” was a massive bunker or bomb shelter, to be occupied by the U.S. Congress in case of war.  The 112,544-square-foot bunker was built 720 feet into the hillside under The Greenbrier’s West Virginia Wing.  Once complete in 1961, the facility was maintained in a constant state of readiness by a small group of government employees working undercover as Forsythe Associates, a company hired by the resort for audio/visual support services.

The Greenbrier bunker included: decontamination chambers; 18 dormitories, designed to accommodate over 1,100 people; power plant with purification equipment and three 25,000-gallon water storage tanks; three 14,000-gallon diesel fuel storage tanks; communications area, including television production area and audio recording booths; clinic with 12 hospital beds, medical and dental operating rooms; laboratory; pharmacy; intensive care unit; cafeteria and meeting rooms for the House and Senate, the Governor’s Hall and Mountaineer room.

The Washington Post published an article which exposed the facility. As a direct result, the U.S. government decommissioned the bunker and ended the lease agreement with the Greenbrier in 1995.  But, that doesn’t mean that tunneling and other bunkers or even massive military bases were not constructed by the government.
Hal Turner reported on The Turner Radio Network on April 27, 2009:
“Robert Salter, of the RAND Corporation, has suggested building a subway from New York to Los Angeles magnetically levitated above the tracks.

The trains would zip through the evacuated tunnels at speeds faster than an SST, crossing the country in less than one hour.

Building such a train presents no special technological problems, but the cost of tunneling from coast to coast would.  To be economically feasible, engineers would have to develop a new way to dig. The federal government’s Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, in New Mexico, however, may have an answer to this challenge.

Called the Subterrene, the Los Almos machine looks like a vicious giant mole. The beauty of the Subterrene is that, as it burrows through the rock hundreds of feet below the surface, it heats whatever stone it encounters into molten rock, or magma, which cools after the Subterrene has moved on.

The result is a tunnel with a smooth, glazed lining.  For power, the Subterrene can use a built-in miniature nuclear engine or even a conventional power plant.”
Richard Sauder Ph.D., in Hidden in Plain Sight: Beyond the X-Files, published in 2010, reported the U.S. and other industrial nations have been building underground and undersea city-size military installations since the 1960s.

“There are more underground government bases than you think, and more involved than just planning for a world war. Government documents and corporate records have been studied by the author and provide the foundations for his exploration of these underground tunnels and bases, with black and white photos and diagrams included in an unusual, startling expose,” according to the Midwest Book Review.

According to Dr. Richard Sauder, his research found that are numerous bases in the U.S., including the underground portion of Camp David with many miles of secret tunnels; a huge underground maze at Fort Meade with acres of super computers operated by the NSA; FEMA  Alternate Underground Command Center near Olney, MD; the Underground Pentagon (Site R or Raven Rock); the Pentagon were plans existed to build a very deep underground base at the 3,500 foot level; the White House were one eye witness was escorted in an elevator that took her down 17 levels; Offutt Air Force Base with a major underground command for the Strategic Air Command and where George Bush flew to on 911; Medina Annex at Lackland Air Force Base which had been used for the assembly and storage of nuclear weapons and with a major presence of thousands of NSA employees; and over 100 more in the U.S. alone.

Dr. Sauder provides support that the government constructed in secret a high speed transport systems in vacuum tunnels capable of transporting passengers in a sealed compartment traveling at hundreds of miles per hour or at even thousands miles per hour in very deep tunnels.  Patents were taken out on a number of these systems and there’s no reason to believe that vacuum tunnel where drag is eliminated that speeds in these ranges could not be achieved. Major players like TRW, Parsons, Brinckerhoff, Quade & Douglas, General Dynamics, Westinghouse, MIT, General Electric and the military were interested in a high speed underground transportation system, according to Dr. Sauder.  Funding would not be a problem since off budget funds could be used to move forward with the project without Congressional reviews and public knowledge.

The closed Walmarts in the Southwest may have entrances or easy access to several D.U.M.B. and the extensive highway tunnels that run throughout the U.S. and into Canada and Mexico.

The major media will never cover this subject and the alternative media will continue to be dismissed as conspiracy websites by the government and disinformation websites like Veterans Today but the facts support that this deserves deeper investigation.

>Who authorized the construction and why were there no public discussions and appropriations of funds by Congress?

Given the speed of Congressional deliberations and the military insistence on ‘secrecy,’ this huge expenditures of money on underground and undersea military installations may be dead in its tracks.

Reporting on D.U.M.B. is not without its risks.

Phil Schneider was a geologist, structural engineer, and underground tunneling expert who participated in the construction of deep underground bases in North America and abroad for the government. In May of 1995, suffering from terminal cancer, he began giving talks in Las Vegas describing in detail the underground cities.  Schneider was found dead in his Wilsonville, Oregon apartment on January 17 1996. He had apparently been dead for several days, and had a rubber hose wrapped three times around his neck. The official manner of death was suicide.

For the immediate future, the unanswered question is Jade Helm15 a practice run or will it go live with live bullets, false flag attacks, martial law, civil war, FEMA detention death camps. If the worst happens, this not good news, opening the country to the real possibility of nuclear attack, invasion and defeat by our enemies? For those involved in planning this evil, they may want to confirm their reserved seats in the bunkers.
